Cancellation

If an emergency requires cancellation of a session the tutor will notify each student by SMS, WhatsApp, or/and email if possible 24 hours before the next session.

Student and Parent

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session except for an emergency cancellation. If possible, a notice of 24 hours is required before canceling or rescheduling to avoid being charged an additional fee.

Zero-tolerance policy

For tutors/teachers:

Our teacher would not use any harsh language, We have a zero-tolerance policy against our teacher. We monitor our teachers during online classes and if our teacher uses any harsh language we take strict action against them.

For students:

We would not entertain any kind of nuisance. We have a zero-tolerance policy if your child creates a nuisance during the classroom he/she will be removed.
